The holiday rental can accommodate up to 8 people. 50 km north of Le Mans, 16 minutes from the A28 exit into the Alpes Mancelles, the _Prieuré Saint Martin_ holiday rental welcomes you to a rural setting, with a large enclosed garden and all the comforts of modern furnishings. Its hexagonal tower with Roussard stone corners, covered in chestnut shingles, can be seen from the road to Saint-Léonard-des-Bois.
