Stay in this pleasant holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Dating from the 1950s, the house comprises a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a single bed (80cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. There is also a garden with trees, a terrace and garden furniture. There is an enclosed garage for bikes, windsurfers, etc. The cul-de-sac overlooks the Corniche, with La Parée beach just 100 m away and the shops 600 m away.
