A 2nd bedroom with two 90cm beds, 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 1 television and a 3rd bedroom with a 140cm bed, 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 1 television. A spacious shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with television. It is pleasant to eat in the sun on the terrace and to relax in a shady, flower-filled sitting area. Garden of approx. 350 m2 with car parking. We accept holiday vouchers. Sheets and towels are not provided. I supply kitchen towels and bathroom mats. A deposit cheque for 400 euros will be requested on arrival. This will be torn up after your departure and I usually send a photo the day after your departure. You can choose to take the cleaning package until the day before your departure. The cost of this package is 50 euros. The cleaning package includes the cleaning of the bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, the cleaning of the toilets and bathroom, dusting, vacuuming and mopping of the living room but does not include the cleaning of household appliances (oven, barbecue, etc.) Thank you for your understanding. The entrance to the house is free, I will send you a message before your arrival with the location of the key. I live 10 min away and will be available if you need me during your stay. For hygiene reasons, I have set up a system of disposable bed sheets and pillows. Following the increase in the electricity rate: The heating in the house and the towel dryer in the bathroom are turned on from mid-October to around the beginning of May. Everything is set to a temperature of 20 degrees. This temperature is calculated in relation to the weekly rate, so as not to increase the booking rates in 2024. If you have an electric vehicle, there are charging points in the commune. You cannot charge your car at home; if you wish to do so, you will be charged an electricity supplement.
