Detached house on enclosed landscaped grounds of 650m², situated opposite the Bois des Eloux, 150M from the sea. The proximity of cycle paths will allow you to discover the island of Noirmoutier by bike, salt marshes, the Gois passage, fishing ports, beaches, dunes, castles, museums, etc. The 3 bedroom house, one of which has a 150cm bed, is very comfortable and well maintained. On the front, the entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and the shower room with Italian shower have a view of the forest. To the south, the bright living/dining room with its 4 m bay window and the kitchen lead onto the 25 m2 terrace, which is half-covered by an awning. The fireplace in the lounge will warm your winter evenings. The tiled garage communicates with the kitchen and is equipped with a 2 nd sink, shower, washing machine and storage space. 2 vehicles can be parked on the property - 6 adult and children's bicycles available, as well as baby equipment and wifi connection. Bed linen and towels can be hired on request. We will be on site on your arrival and will do our utmost to ensure that your holiday on our island is unforgettable.
