This maisonette comprises a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe, a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a mezzanine with a 90cm bed and a 130cm single bed (please note that the ceiling height for access to the mezzanine is less than 1m80). . The rental also benefits from a beautiful paved and fenced terrace with garden furniture, an awning and sun loungers. A private parking space is located very close to the cottage. The condominium has a communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, as well as direct access to the beach, which is just 500 m away. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility. Additional services on request: hire of sheets, towels and baby equipment. Hire of 4G wifi box available: €40/week. Ref : MAIS 609
