House comprising a large living room with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a chest of drawers, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a chest of drawers. Bathroom with bath. Separate WC. Land area 400 square metres, fully fenced, with terrace, garden furniture, parasol and 2 sun loungers. The town centre is 700 metres away and the beach 600 metres on foot. Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, flat screen TV and bike storage. Two bicycles at your disposal. I accept holiday vouchers.
