This bright and colourful flat is located on the 1st floor of a recent residence, right in the centre of Saint Gilles, close to the market and the quays. The Grande Plage is just 1 km away on foot or by bike. Ideal for 4 people, the 35 m² living area comprises a comfortable lounge and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The bedrooms are independent and beautifully decorated, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and there is enough space for a cot. The balcony is pleasant, even though it overlooks the shared courtyard. A parking space and bicycle storage area are available all year round.
