The advantages of the accommodation
Description
In Saint Jean de Monts, on the edge of the national forest, the house was renovated and equipped in 2021 to offer you the best comfort for your holiday. It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a leather sofa and armchairs in the lounge area and a terrace view. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combined microwave oven. For your nights: 1 bedroom (bed 160) + shower room and wc, 2nd bedroom (bed 140) and 3rd bedroom (2 beds 90). All bedrooms have a large wardrobe with hanging space. The other two bedrooms have 1 bathroom and separate toilet. A washing machine is available. Baby equipment (high chair, bath, cot with mattress and sheets) available. Secure swimming pool with large pool and small pool for children. From the residence, access to cycle paths leading to the beach (2.2 km), the forest, the town centre with its covered market and shops (less than 3 km). Bikes can be hired at the residence entrance. Quiet, car-free residence in shady, relaxing surroundings. Visit Noirmoutier and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie from Saint Jean de Monts. No parties allowed
