Stay in this quiet, shady gîte in a village of 2400 inhabitants, 6 km from the ocean. Comprising a living room with kitchen area and sitting area, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm) with bunk beds and a cot and high chair for BB, shower room and separate WC. Hairdryer - hoover - iron and ironing board - toaster - electric coffee maker - kettle - cleaning products supplied. There is also a large shared landscaped park with terrace, awning, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and a swing and slide for children. Pets are welcome (owners are responsible for keeping their pets clean). Saint Michel en l'Herm is located in the Marais Poitevin, close to the Michel Bosselin nature reserve, the beaches of La Faute-sur-mer and the bay of l'Aiguillon-sur-mer with its wild coastline and near the port, its seawater area with beach and inflatable structures, ideal for children. For adults, there are water ski lifts. Tourist tax: €1.65 per adult per day. Sheets can be hired for €15 for a 140cm bed and €10 for a 90cm bed. Cleaning before departure by tenants or against payment of 50€. From October to May: Possibility of renting from 2 to 4 nights at €60 per night, heating included. For stays of 5 or 6 nights or by the week, electric heating is extra at €0.21 per KWH.
