Single level holiday home (65 sq.m.) in hamlet of Brighton 1.5km from seaside resort of Cayeux-sur-Mer, near pine woods and sand dunes. Fully renovated, comfortable, light & airy accommodation. Entry into very large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, oven) & lounge (TV, WIFI, sofa, armchair) with picture window opening onto large terrace. Shower room/WC (washing machine). Master bedroom (king-size bed, duvet, TV) with picture window opening onto terrace. Another bedroom (2 single beds, duvets, TV).|Large fenced garden with trees (outdoor furniture, deckchairs, BBQ). Garage (electric tumble drier). 3 bikes available. Electric bike hire: 120€ for one, 190€ for two (for entire length of stay). NO smoking accommodation. Tourist tax included in rent. Mandatory extras: cleaning, bed linen (70€). Weekly rent: 695€ (July & August), 595€ (school holidays – Easter, Autumn half-term), 595€ (May, June, September), 495€ (school term time, Winter half-term). Mid week lets (4 nights Monday to Friday – NOT during holiday periods) 350€.
