Fully renovated, large detached house (94 sq.m.) in outstanding location facing the sea. Raised ground floor above basement, surrounded by large terrace with wonderful view of beach. Every modern comfort, WIFI/Internet. Large living/sitting room (sofa) with dining area (table, 6 chairs), open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, extractor hood, induction hob), bedroom (double bed), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. 1st floor: landing, 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed, duvet, sauna) (double bed, duvet).|Large terrace backing onto bunker (lovely outdoor furniture, BBQ). Fenced garden with space for parking cars. Garage. Free WIFI connection. Sauna. 4 adult bikes available. Pets allowed. Fixed charge for mandatory cleaning at end of stay 90€. ANVC (French 'chèques vacances') accepted. Charges included in rent, tourist tax charged extra. Weekly rates: July/August 995€, May/June/September 828€, Easter holidays & Autumn half-term 828€, Spring half-term 660€, school term time 660€. Midweek (Monday to Friday, NOT during school holidays) 420€. 10% discount on overall cost of stay for 2 or more consecutive weeks.
