In quiet little street, tastefully decorated house for 4 people (extra child possible on request). Free parking. Near shops (bakery, newsagent, chemist, restaurants, etc.) and beach (15 min. walk). Ground floor: lounge with open-plan fitted kitchen. 1st floor: bathroom/WC, bedroom (double bed). 2nd floor: bedroom (3 single beds). Little courtyard (armchairs, BBQ). Bed linen supplied. Free WIFI. Loan of cot, high chair, baby bouncing chair possible (free). Rent (all included except tourist tax): 440€/week (school holidays), 560€/week (July & August), 395€/week (other times). 25% deposit to be paid on booking. New measures for 2024: tourist tax of 1.38€/adult/day to be paid on arrival for all 2024 bookings made before 31/12/23. (From 1/1/24 this tax will be payable to reservation service.) Optional extras: cleaning (40€), towels (5€/person – 1 small towel, 1 large towel, 1 wash glove).|Damage deposit cheque (300€) to be handed over on arrival – returned after house inspected. La déco et la ville
Une superbe déco, maison très agréable et très bien organisée
Maison cosy, propre et bien située. La courette est bien agréable. Places pour se garer
Séjour très agréable.
Maisonnette décorée avec goût. Il n'y manque rien. Literie neuve et confortable. Matériel neuf. Calme, propreté, accueil excellent. Nous avons passé un super moment. Et puis, tant de choses à visiter aux alentours. De plus, le soleil était des nôtres !
Maisonnette un peu excentrée du centre ville.
