Charming house on old farm (worked by owner's grandparents until 1970), near the Baie de Somme. Ideal for getting together with family or friends! Ground floor: large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, scullery (freezer), some steps, bedroom (double bed), 2 WCs, shower room, games room. 1st floor: bedroom (queen-size bed, bunk beds) with own shower room & WC, 2 communicating bedrooms (double bed, single bed in each), WC, bathroom, lounge/leisure area.|Enclosed courtyard at front, parking at back, fenced garden (1,500 sq.m.). Games area, trampoline, billiards table. Children will love staying here. Adjoins another property.

This old farmhouse was run by our grandparents until 1970, when it was taken over by our parents for a peaceful retirement. We completely renovated it in 2007 to adapt it to today's lifestyles and make it possible for us to get together as a family. By joining CléVacances, we wanted other families and groups of friends to benefit from its large capacity.
