You will fall under the spell of its contrasting landscapes, its whimsical rivers, and its authentic villages rich in heritage. Our cottage is located just a few kilometers from La Rochefoucauld, the gateway to the Périgord where you will be staying. Description: * On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with toilet, a living room, dining room, and an open-plan kitchen. * Upstairs: 2 bedrooms are available, one with a 140 cm bed and another with 2 beds 90 cm each; a separate bathroom and toilet. * Equipment: * washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, microwave oven, television, free Wi-Fi. Outside, you will find a enclosed courtyard with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue, as well as a large garden to enjoy the beautiful days. During your stay at our vacation home La Boisse, you will appreciate all the tranquility and the gentle way of life in our region. 🚗 Itinerary from Angoulême (approx. 15-20 min, ~12 km) Take the D699 towards Montbron/Rancogne, leaving Angoulême to the east Follow the D699 for approximately 10-12 km until you reach the exit for the D110 towards Rancogne Continue on the D110: pass Rancogne, then take the road to Lieu-dit Corgnac. You will find the gîte at 669 route de Bellevue, lieu-dit Corgnac, clearly signposted as La Boisse.
