The cottage "La Ramée" is a holiday home located between Rochefort and Saintes, about 25 minutes from Saint-Jean-d'Angély and 45 minutes from La Rochelle. The seaside less than 30 minutes away offers beautiful seaside resorts like Châtelaillon and its sandy beach, or Fouras facing the Charentais archipelago. The house is fully equipped with induction hob oven microwave refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine. A living room and sitting area, two bedrooms of more than 15m2, one with 1 bed in 160 and a bed in 90 and the second with 1 bed in 140 and a bed in 90, a bathroom and separate toilet. Outside you will find a private terrace equipped with a garden furniture for 6 people, a secure common garden, a common pool with the owners and games for children.
