Old house completely renovated, the cottage Gueurlet welcome you with family in a haven of peace.
It offers a warm and peaceful interior: a large living room-kitchen (LV - large oven - microwave - 4 ceramic hobs ...), lounge (Wifi - TV - mini-channel) - 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with bed double (140 cm) and 1 room for children with 1 bed trundle (90 and 80 cm), 1 room of water with a big shower, independent TOILET, 1 underwear.
Outside, you enjoy a beautiful shaded wooden terrace (with garden furniture - deckchairs and barbecue) overlooking the pool (secure) and the garden with trees and flowers. A portico, a swing and a henhouse will entertain the youngest and for older children, a petanque court awaits you to start your evenings.
For riding enthusiasts, you can come with your horse (meadow and box riding on site) and for fishing enthusiasts, 2 ponds are at your disposal (with equipment loan if necessary).
Many hiking trails are to go from the cottage to discover the flora and fauna surrounding.
Located on the border of La Gironde, La Charente and La Dordogne, many activities are available: circuit Beltoise, spa Jonzac, animal park, hunting, horse farm, lake and many sites to visit to discover : Angoulême, Cognac, Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion, Blaye, Périgueux, Les Eyzies, Ribérac ...

Nous avons passé 15 jours au mois d'août géniale c'est vraiment un paradis. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et très discrète.

Piscine, tranquillité, équipement du gîte, agençement de la maison, joli jardin..

Gîte très bien équipé et très propre. Propriétaire très accueillante et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. La piscine est un vrai plus.
