Outside, you will enjoy the covered terrace, overlooking the marsh, with garden furniture (table and chairs), deckchairs and a barbecue.
You will benefit from an exceptional view of the former Gulf of Saintonge - a listed and protected natural heritage site - the ramparts of Brouage and the bell tower of Marennes.
You will discover the numerous leisure facilities of this gîte: indoor swimming pool heated all year round (to be shared with other rentals), table tennis table (with rackets and balls), swinging portico...
The parking is private.

Tout: accueil et disponibilité de la propriétaire, vue magnifique, situation au coeur d'une belle région, confort et équipement du gîte, jardin, piscine

Calme, confort et vue magnifique
Gîte charmant, très agréable et tout équipé pour un séjour en famille, avec une vue imprenable sur les marais et la faune locale. Notre fils a adoré avoir les vaches et les cigognes pour voisines. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin et disponibles en cas de besoin. L'emplacement du gîte est central, c'est l'idéal pour visiter la région. La mer est à 20min en voiture et il y a plein de balades à faire à pied autour du gîte, entre autre le château de Saint Jean d'Angle accessible à pied à moins de 2km qui propose une visite déguisée aux enfants agrémentée d'énigmes. Sinon toutes les commodités sont accessibles à moins de 10min de voiture: boulangerie, supermarché, maison médicale,... Le petit plus de la location, la piscine d'une bonne taille pour faire quelques longueurs et se détendre en fin de journée.
