With a capacity of 2 / 10 people, our family gîte, a large stone house, is located in a relaxing setting in the commune of Coulon. It consists of an entrance, allowing you to settle in easily and enjoy the enclosed, shaded park, where your pet will be welcome, subject to conditions ? At your disposal: a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and relax. Ground floor: A fully-equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, etc...), a baby high chair is provided. A lounge/bedroom with a 140cm bed, a sofa and a sofa bed. Two shower rooms and two WCs. Wifi access in the gîte. Check-in time: 4pm, check-out time: 10am. Upstairs: Two staircases will take you to the landing (with sofa bed) which leads to the two bedrooms, one with two 140 beds, as well as the other with two 140 beds, then a cot. There is room for a second cot (available). The gîte as a whole sleeps between 2 and 10 people. Private parking is provided, as is an enclosed shed for bikes and motorbikes. Every year, our gîte is the meeting place for many bikers who want to discover the Marais Poitevin. Table tennis and petanque area. Table football. Here, conviviality is paramount... 0.90 tourist tax per day per adult. Rates can be adjusted according to occupancy: short stay from €75 to €175 per night. Weekly from 350€ to 600€. '
