Gite Chamarel, located 3 km from the village of Nueil les Aubiers (guaranteed peace and quiet), 30 km from the Puy du Fou and 60 km from the Loire Valley. Ground floor: living room/kitchen 36 m2, bedroom 16 m2 (1 bed 140), shower room, wc. Upstairs: 3 single beds (90cm) on a 20 m2 mezzanine, garden furniture and barbecue in a small area of greenery. Access to the heated indoor swimming pool (10m x 4.50m, depth 1.20m to 1.80m) with sanitary facilities in the swimming pool building (open from 9 April to mid-November) with private access times for residents of the Chamarel gite. Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sundays 10am to 1pm. Rules and regulations will be posted on the access door. Nothing is to be left in the pool or pool building. _ _ Arrivals are from 3pm to 5pm, with an inventory of fixtures of the accommodation, the pool and an exchange to proceed with the handing over of the keys (a set of keys will be provided, in case of loss a deduction from the deposit will be made). Departures between 8am and 10am. The cleaning must be done by you (except if you choose the cleaning option), if the cleaning is badly done in the lodging, the cheque of 80e will be preserved_. _ _ Reservations will be validated on receipt of the balance one month before the date of entry into the gite.
