We welcome you to "La Maison des Roses" in our 2 guest rooms, surrounded by 1000 m² of garden, with a family spirit in simplicity and conviviality in Valence-en-Poitou near Romagne, south of Poitiers in Vienne. You can choose your room based on availability, with or without a baby cot, with either two 90 cm beds or a 140x190 cm bed. We offer table d'hôtes upon reservation 24 hours in advance. Characteristics of LYS : * It is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The 14 m² room features 2 beds with bedside tables, a desk, and a wardrobe.  * The 2 beds (90x190) are made upon your arrival.  * Fan available if needed.  * Folding bed and baby bed linen available on request. * Access to the shared large bathroom of 10 m² with double sinks, shower, and bathtub. If needed, a baby bathtub is available. Hairdryer provided.  * Towels are included.  * Shared independent toilet with hand basin. * Shared terrace and garden.  * Possibility to picnic on the terrace. * Barbecue available on request, weather permitting.  * Option to recharge your electric vehicle (15 euros).  * Possibility to store your bicycles / motorcycles in our closed garage.  * Parking on site.  * Your well-behaved dog is welcome.  * Option to sleep in a closed enclosure; if it has a cage, it can sleep with you in the room.
