A guest house in the Alpes de Haute Provence, Lou Cèu Sin has 2 guest room accommodations, which ensures peace and quiet. If the sound of water wakes you up, it's because the spring is pouring into the fountain just below, or it's morning, and the birds are waking up. The windows open onto the garden and the Baume mountain. Burma Room : The capacity of the room is 2 beds (in single beds 80x200 or double beds 160x200 depending on your desire) + possibly a travel cot. The bedroom has an independent entrance at the rear of the house, and is located upstairs. It has a bathroom with shower and WC. Even in the middle of summer, the fan is useless, because although it is very hot during the day, the nights remain temperate. Each room is equipped with VAUDOU SPORT bedding, a technology that improves recovery after sporting efforts, validated by champions and physiotherapists. Lou Cèu Sin (pronounced Lou Céou Sin) means 'The Serene Sky' in Provençal. The proximity of the mountains and the gentleness of Provence; we were won over. Over the 30 years we've been travelling together, our motorbikes and our footsteps have taken us to France and many other countries around the world, and we've always been on the lookout (Routard guide in hand!) for unusual, unusual and charming places. As we travelled and met new people, we soon had the idea of opening our own place to welcome travellers and meet new people. It all started with the discovery of this place; calm and serenity are the first words that come to mind after a night spent here, and also a wonderful meeting with the owner who renovated the property himself. This house is designed to live in harmony with nature and to welcome guests who are just passing through. We've added our own personal touch to the decor and some of the fittings. So we're delighted to be able to share this place with our guests: - Sports enthusiasts: hikers, climbers, mountain bikers - Motorcyclists: (we're passionate about motorcycling!) an ideal place to explore the various routes of Serre-Ponçon, the Gorges du Verdon, the Col de la Bonnette... and we're very close to the Route Napoléon. - Travellers looking for calm, rest and relaxation. Our 2 bedrooms, the gîte, the SPA, the swimming pool and the surrounding area are all there for you to enjoy, and the sun is always (or almost always) out. To preserve this harmony, we offer you responsible, high-quality and sustainable services, and do our utmost to reduce our impact on our environment. We offer you the chance to let go completely, with the only sounds being the spring at the bottom of the veranda and the birds waking you up in the morning and at the height of the season....les lavandes.
