This location between sea and countryside is ideal for exploring our beautiful region all year round, or relaxing in the calm of the shaded garden.
The Zenith apartment, facing south, all comfort, located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse with a completely independent entrance consists of:
- a large living room of 30 m2 (in which there is a 160x200 bed), opening through a large window onto the south-facing balcony.
- an independent, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
- an alcove in the attic in the kitchen, where there is the 3rd bed.
- a bathroom: bath with mixer tap, washbasin, WC.
- a personal terrace on the ground floor (20 m²) on which there is garden furniture.
- a private garage (3.50 x 4.80).
