La Cagnardette and its studio in Adret (35m2), facing south, is located on the ground floor of a renovated Provencal farmhouse, in the the vineyards, at the foot to Maures mountains and 2 km from Grimaud, the medieval village, 7 km from the fine sandy beach from PORT-GRIMAUD and 13 km from SAINT-TROPEZ and SAINTE-MAXIME.
THIS RENTAL CONSISTS OF :
- a living room (20 m2) where the 160x200 bed is located, very comfortable
- an open-plan kitchen (separated from the living room by a bar) of 8 m², in which there are: complete crockery, gas oven and hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, pressure cooker, blender, board and iron iron, vacuum cleaner, heating, etc...
- a storage cupboard where the fridge is located (with small freezer)
- a bathroom : shower with mixer tap, washbasin, WC.
- a semi-covered terrace facing south (25m2) where garden and relax furniture are arranged.
- a closed personal garage for the car and bicycles.
