Labeled 4 keys and classified 4 stars, the 150m2 farmhouse is a real haven of peace, nestled in lush greenery on 2 levels and with 2 terraces, one golf side and one garden side. It is ideally located in a quiet residential area with tennis court and bowling alley, just 3 km from the most beautiful beach in Sainte-Maxime, la Nartelle.

Possibility to park one or more cars in the property, access with gate. The garden, Mediterranean type, is completely closed.

Below the property, you will find the swimming pool with diving board and deckchairs as well as the poolhouse.
On the upper level, after the entrance with storage, you can enjoy the large, bright and spacious living room. It includes the fully equipped kitchen giving access to the terrace on the garden side and to the living room/lounge area (TV and Wi-Fi access) giving access to the terrace on the golf side.
