Gîte Le Couchant

In the heart of the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape, 5 kilometers from the city center of Orange and the Ancient Theater of Orange, this pleasant studio adjoining the owners' farmhouse is the ideal place for relaxation and idleness.
On the same level, its private terrace facing East, facing the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, will be the ideal place to have your meals, have a barbecue or rest on a deckchair. In season, you will be able to take advantage of the common swimming pool (5,35m diam.x1.35 m prof), in a magnificent flowered garden.
This 31 m² air-conditioned gîte, tastefully decorated and able to accommodate 4 people, is composed of :
- a luminous living room with its lounge area / flat screen TV
- an open kitchenette, equipped (dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator/freezer, microwave/grill, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary equipment to make good meals)
- a sleeping area with a queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a safe - a shower room / WC / hair dryer.
- a small separate room with a bunk bed (90x190) and a wardrobe
Ideally located at the crossroads of the A6 and A7 freeways, on the edge of the Viarhona, it is the ideal starting point to explore our beautiful region: the Provence of the Popes, the Luberon, the Alpilles or the Camargue but also its numerous wine domains of international fame (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras...).
Passionate about traveling and meeting new people, I will be delighted to share my love of the area with you and to advise you on the organization of your stay. For the connoisseurs or amateurs of good wines, I can organize a tasting in one of the domains of Châteauneuf-du-Pape (On preliminary request and if availability).
