"La Passerelle", a charming gite in Provence: in the middle of lavender, olive trees, vineyards and truffle oaks, the gite is located in the enclave of the Popes, a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). In the heart of a charming co-ownership with magnificent hundred-year-old plane trees, a beautiful stone building has been renovated into 10 independent dwellings on a plot of land of about 1 hectare.
The flat is south-facing and opens onto a private, landscaped interior courtyard of 130m², with a large stone table to enjoy meals outside.
"La Passerelle" has a living area of 105m² and is on one level, a cosy interior, nicely and comfortably furnished.
The entrance is direct to the living room with its high ceilings and TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area.
