La Piarra is a gîte for 12 people, adjoining the owners' house, with no opposite neighbours, ideal for families or friends, for holidays or themed breaks... The ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprises : Entrance hall with storage for shoes and coats A convivial living area, comprising a lounge opening onto the living room and the kitchen 2 adjoining bedrooms: 3 beds 90 x 190, one of which is bunk bed, and 3 beds 90 x 190 two of which can be combined. Shower room: 2 washbasins and a shower 2 separate WCs Optional 40 m2 activity room First floor: 2 attic bedrooms, each with 3 single beds (90 x 190), two of which can be twinned in each bedroom. Shower room: 2 washbasins and a shower 1 separate WC Outside: spacious garden Spacious garden {3000 m2) with petanque and badminton courts, swings, garden furniture, tables and barbecue. The garden is located on the other side of a little-used rural road. If you are looking for a place to practise activities or passions such as: music, cycling, yoga, astronomy... and would like to experience a high point in the practice of this activity combined with a moment of conviviality in a beautiful location, the gîte offers a 40m² room with a warm atmosphere, dedicated to these activities or to the organisation of any seminar. Nicole (physiotherapist, relaxation therapist) offers massage, relaxation therapy and laughter yoga. Using local cereals and natural sourdoughs, Laurent (a trained baker) offers bread baked over a wood fire in his bakery at La Piarra.
