About this Holiday rental

LE CHAMOUNY - Big crush for this apartment which we are new owners, after many visits to apartments in the valley ...
It brings together all the characters we are looking for: warm atmosphere, magnificent view, perfect location!

This beautiful renovated T2 apartment of 30 m2 is equipped for 4 people with a real separate bedroom (rare in Chamonix ..) and a sunny balcony offering an unobstructed view of the entire Mont Blanc massif and the summit of Brévent.
Located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with lift and underground parking, it gives direct access to the Aiguille du Midi cable car place, close to the pedestrian center of Chamonix, shops (bakery, ski rental, grocery store). ..), from the free bus station which serves the whole valley for skiing or hiking, from the SNCF stop. Everything is done on foot from the apartment!

The apartment consists of:
- a living area with 1 comfortable sofa bed (2 pers) and TV, HIFI,
- a fully equipped kitchen area with 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, kettle, raclette and fondue appliances!
- a real separate bedroom (rare) with 1 double bed 140 cm and plenty of storage
- a bathroom with sink, shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer
- a separate toilet.
- a south-facing balcony with a clear view of the Mont Blanc massif and the Bossons glacier.

Rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment is non-smoking and animals are not accepted.

On request, we offer:
- the rental of bed linen and towels for 25 euros for 2 people, 40 euros for 4 people.
- If necessary, the cleaning fee is 60 euros. Out of respect, we ask the tenants to leave the apartment in the state of cleanliness found on their arrival.

We require a deposit of 30% upon booking and the balance one month before arrival. We also ask for a check for 200 euros deposit not cashed.

La situation, tout peut se faire à pieds.
