Your next destination for a few days, a week or more, put your suitcases in this bright T3 located on the ground floor, in the center of the village of Doussard. Sheets and duvet covers and pillows are provided. You can practice hiking on the mountains surrounding the valley or in the plain of Lake Annecy. The turquoise and crystalline waters of Lake Annecy will invite you to relax on the edge of the beach (2 km) or to practice water sports. From the Col de la Forclaz you can watch the paragliders take off or enjoy a tartiflette on the terrace enjoying a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
Shops are located near the residence: mini-markets, baker, butcher, post office, restaurants as well as doctors, pharmacy.
The old town of Annecy, Venice of the Alps with its many pedestrian streets and shops is 20 km from Doussard.
At 65 kms you can visit Geneva and Switzerland as well as the French shore of Lake Geneva with its medieval village Yvoire which has kept its authenticity as well as the spa towns of Thonon les Bains and Evian les Bains.
A cycle path and greenway near the village will allow you to go around Lake Annecy (40 kms).
A regular coach service provides a daily link between Gare d'Annecy and Albertville with a stop 100 m from the residence (line Y51)

On se sent bien dans cet appartement rénové récemment. Confortable et spacieux.
Bel appartement de vacances, spacieux et propre. Bien situé à proximité lac d'Annecy et de la plage de Doussard. Propriétaire accueillante.

Les conseils et la gentillesse de la propriétaire, le logement qui est spacieux, neuf et ultra propre. Bien situé en centre ville. Pleins de ballades à faire à vélo, a pied , en voiture, paysage et lac magnifique
Rien a signaler, tout était au top.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Doussard. Logement au top et d'une propreté irréprochable..
