About this Holiday rental
Nathalie and David are pleased to welcome you at the GITE "LES TERRASSES", labeled 3 keys by Clévacances.
The cottage occupies the last two floors of a typical chalet of the Vercors mountain. Completely renovated in 2018, we decorated it carefully, and equiped it completely, made you spend an unforgettable stay.
The Gite is located: 700m in the heart of Villard de Lans, animated in every season
300m from the shuttles that take you in 5 minutes to the slopes (return ski direct to the cottage) at the start of hiking trails.

For the youngest: 1 cot + mattress, 1 child's chair, a bath, a chamber pot, a booster and a necessary food plastic,
TV, CD PLAYER, WIFI and CANALSAT.

PRICES :
ONLY weekly rentals during school holidays, from Saturday to Saturday 17h 10h.
During school period, possibility to rent in short stays (contact us).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price.
The STAY TAX will be requested from you
arrival: 1 euro per day and per person (+18 years).

Villard de Lans is an authentic and lively resort. Located 30 minutes from Grenoble, in the Vercors plateau, it offers a ski area of 125km of pistes on nearly 1000m between fir trees and pines.
RDV skiers and Snowboarders, it offers an equally broad field of Nordic skiing.
The city also has many facilities including a skating rink, a bowling alley, a cinema, a casino, an indoor / outdoor aquatic center, floodlit toboggan tracks the night clubs, restaurants, bars, a golf course ... among others.
Traders are open 7 days / 7 and offer local products and a local market on Wednesday and Sunday.
Summer is the paradise for sports: mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, caving, climbing ... all mountain sports are at your fingertips
