Located in the former Royal Palace, a stone's throw from the town centre, in a peaceful setting. The town centre is 200 m away and all amenities are close by. This fully renovated 40 m2 flat has a 4-star rating. The 30 m2 living room opens onto a large, fully-equipped, west-facing balcony/terrace of 10 m2. The living area comprises a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a sleeping area with a 160*200 bed, cupboards and storage space, and a lounge area with a 3-seater sofa, flat-screen TV (Netflix and Pack Sport channels), telephone, WIFI internet access, DVD player, hi-fi system and alarm clock. The small separate kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a beautiful corner bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail and washing machine/dryer. There is a separate toilet. The residence has 3 free, secure, private car parks. The following services are included in the price: Bed linen, household linen, welcome basket, welcome booklet, cleaning products, housekeeping.
