Apartment - 45 m², for 2 to 4 people maximum - 2 rooms - 1 bedroom - Large balcony (magnificent south view of the mountain, valley and village) from La Giettaz (Route des Grandes Alpes) about 20mins from La Clusaz and 30 mins from Mégeve

Living area: semi-open  kitchen/living/dining room equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, induction hob, coffee maker with pods "Senseo" and / or classic filter, crockery and utensils in sufficient number for 4 people

Wide flat screen TV, sofa bed (system "Rapido" and real double thick matress )

Sleeping area: 1 bedroom with desk area and large wardrobe : a double bed (140×190).

Bathroom: with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, 1st aid kit

Separate WC.

Outside: 1 balcony, facing South. Outside furniture and 1 electric plancha is available to enjoy the sunny days.

Free shuttle in high season (snow front 3km) (Col des Aravis 7km). Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator). There is also a closed ski storage room with key available. 1 parking space in the basement of the chalet with direct access upstairs.

In season you can enjoy all essential shops and various activities (Winter: skiing, dog sledding, sledding, snowshoeing etc. Summer: cycling, hiking etc.)

Other information: - Quilts, covers, pillows and bed/pillow protections are provided but Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost -17€ per bed/set 10€ per towel set

- Our 4-legged friends are not allowed in the chalet.

- Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean appliances after use.

Options & Services: Accommodation deposit: Mandatory: 600€

End of stay cleaning deposit: 60 € required: if cleaning done by your own means properly the deposit will be returned to you
