Description
In the owners' villa, the studio "Le Balcon du Lac", with all modern comforts, 2 stars, 2 keys, is situated at an altitude of 400m in landscaped grounds. It has a separate entrance on one level. Its 180° panoramic view over the emerald lake of AIGUEBELETTE makes it an ideal place to relax and unwind. It sleeps 2 people. It is modern and tastefully furnished. It has an open-plan kitchen with fridge, hob, mini-oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine and all the crockery and cutlery you need. The bed is 160*200 cm. The shower room and WC are separate. The gîte is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A parking space is available. The gîte is only available on a weekly basis in JULY and AUGUST. The price does not include sheets or pillowcases. The price does not include the tourist tax of 1€/night/person. The lake is classified as a nature reserve and only electric boats are allowed. Its warm waters make it an ideal place for swimming. The beaches of Préargent and Bonvent are a 5-minute walk away and offer a choice of restaurants. Other beaches are less than 5 minutes away by car: stand-up paddle, electric bike/ mountain bike, canoe, kayak, pedalo, electric boat, surf ski, canyoning, via ferrata, paragliding, climbing, tree climbing, walking and horse riding. A 6-minute drive away in Novalaise you'll find all the food shops, a chemist, doctors and markets on Wednesdays and Sundays. We are at your disposal for any further information. Weekly rental only
