3.2.1. During each of your visits, we are likely to collect, in accordance with applicable legislation and with your consent, where applicable, information relating to the devices on which you use our services or the networks from which you access our services, such as in particular your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of internet browsers used, data concerning your browsing path on our Platform, the content you access or consult, the search terms used, the duration of consultation of certain pages, any telephone number used to contact us.

One of the technologies used to collect this information is the use of cookies under the conditions set out in article 10 below.

We ensure the security of Visitors' Personal Data by implementing enhanced Personal Data protection through the use of physical and logical security measures. Any representative and/or employee of Clévacances France who has access to this information is required to respect its confidential nature. However, given that the internet network is open to all and not secure, we cannot be held responsible for the security of transmissions of Personal Data via the internet.
