You automatically benefit from the following cover:

- Tenant's civil liability: in the event of damage caused to movable and immovable property to the owner of the accommodation that is the subject of the online booking, damage resulting from fire, explosion, or water damage.

Maximum cover: €150,000 per claim

- Public liability in the event of damage to (breakage of) property: in the event of accidental damage caused to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the insured accommodation.

You can take out cover as soon as you book your holiday, and within 7 days of doing so at the latest.

After this deadline, you can still take out cover, but a 10-day waiting period will apply to all your cover. You will automatically benefit from the following cover:

Cancellation guarantee

• Cancellation for any justifiable reason: reimbursement of any sums paid and the balance remaining due to the owner.
• Cap: €25,000 / rental
  

Interruption of stay

• Reimbursement of unused nights pro rata temporis in the event of early return.
• Cap: €25,000 / rental

COVID extension

• Insurance against the risks of cancellation and interruption of stay due to the epidemic (on an individual basis).
• Exclusion: travel restrictions
  

Tenant's holiday civil liability

• Property damage following fire, explosion, water damage.
• Cap: €1m / claim
