A rigorous labelling process

Getting the Clévacances label is no trivial process. Each accommodation goes through an in-depth inspection by label experts who assess more than 300 criteria divided into 3 categories:

The environment: assessed according to the external enhancement of the accommodation (building, surroundings, site...) and the absence of nuisances
The interior layout: comfort, furniture, decoration, equipment (technical and sanitary), in relation to the accommodation's capacity,
Welcome and assistance: whether provided by the owner or his authorised agent, these are essential elements for the issue of the Clévacances France mark. A well-received customer will contribute to your advertising while spreading the Clévacances image.

This meticulous control makes it possible to award a mark, from 1 to 5 keys, which reflects the level of comfort and services offered by each accommodation.
