back to the house, on the main terrace, a few steps in the middle of the garden and through the gate to the high dyke/walkway.

Main room, open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Opposite the entrance to the ground floor bedroom, on the right after the oven/microwave column is the door to the linen room with toilet and washbasin; there is also a passage to and from the beach with a large tub.

Ground floor bedroom, double bed and opposite on the wall television, the second since there is the same one in the living room.

From the garden and terrace, you can see the start of the sailing club. The club is very dynamic and equipment can be hired all year round.

Upstairs "parents" bedroom, one bed or two x90s to choose from as beds are made up on arrival EXCEPT in the case of absentee hirers...
