Ideal for owners who want to retain control of their communication.

- Schedule synchronisation (iCal or Channel Manager activation in addition)
- Online booking can be activated with a lead time of up to 24 h
- SMS & mail notifications for each online booking
- Damage insurance included
How much does it cost to book online
- 4% commission for the owner
- 9% management fee for the traveller
2. Expert Package
Designed for owners who want to automate the management of their bookings.
- No display of contact details .
- Automatic online booking and payment
- Acceptance time reduced to 6 hours maximum
- SMS & email notifications with each booking
- Damage insurance included
How much does it cost to book online
- 8% management fee for the owner
- 7% management fee for the traveller

Yes! Whichever package you choose, Clévacances includes insurance against damage (breakage during your stay), giving you extra security.
