100 m from the sea and Port Meleu beach, gîte for 4 people next to the owners' house, recently built with a retro feel, planted terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed (180) with access to the terrace, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and balcony, a shower room opening onto the bedroom and a toilet. Facilities : Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, 50l fridge and freezer, Internet access, TV, DVD player, garden furniture, barbecue. Pets not allowed - No smoking gîte The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. tariff 2026 per week : from 31 May to 28 June -from 30 August to 20 Sept: €770 28 June to 30 August: €980 The rest of the year: €665 per week, €95 per night for a minimum of 4 nights. Possibility to rent : - bed linen: 20€ / bed - bathroom linen: 10€ / person Cleaning service at the end of your stay: 95€.
