* In the heart of the Gascon vineyards, in peaceful countryside, 10 minutes from Nogaro and 20 minutes from Marciac and Vic Fezensac, this stone house combines old and contemporary features. 30 m² mini-gîte adjoining the owners' house, ideal for a single person or a couple. Independent access, 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom, WC, equipped kitchen area and lounge area. All on one level, overlooking the garden and the valleys. Garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha available. Nearby: footpaths, garden to visit (palm grove). 8 km away: fishing lake, swimming and tree climbing. Short-stay rental possible for 2 nights or more. * Weekend rate or 2 nights: €135 to €180 for 2 nights, depending on season. 195 to 201€ for 3 nights depending on the period. * Reduced rates from the 3rd or 4th night depending on the period. * Bed made up on arrival" service + loan of towels included for all stays.
