Welcome to Gîte La Brilletterie, rated 3-star furnished holiday accommodation, nestling in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, in the peaceful village of Le Pallet (44330). This 90 m² gîte for 4 people invites you to enjoy an authentic stay, combining modern comforts with a wine-growing atmosphere, in the land of Abélard and Héloïse, the emblematic figures of eternal love. A large covered terrace, enclosed by a gate, offers you a sheltered area ideal for meals or moments of relaxation, even in capricious weather (garden furniture and plancha). A private garage is at your disposal, as is a laundry room with washing machine and household utensils, ideal for longer stays. Inside, the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for concocting dishes using local produce. The cosy lounge invites you to relax after a day of exploring. A utility room and separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, the gîte has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and a relaxation area, the other with two single beds (120 cm) and a cot, ideal for families. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC to suit all needs. The gîte is non-smoking, and the beds are made up on arrival (except for the cot), to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The gîte is open from 1 March to 31 October, at attractive rates: 390 € per week outside school holidays 440 during school holidays. The environment of the gîte is a real asset. Situated right next to the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine hiking trails, you can explore the banks of the Sanguèze and Sèvre Nantaise rivers on foot or by bike. The Musée du Vignoble Nantais, the wine cellars, the medieval town of Clisson, the romantic park of La Garenne Lemot, the zoo at La Boissière-du-Doré and the Machines de l'Île in Nantes are all sites to discover within a few kilometres. The Le Pallet train station, just 1.3 km away, makes it easy to get to Nantes and the neighbouring towns.

We welcome you on arrival and are on hand for your departure. For reasons of hygiene and allergy, we do not accept pets. The booking is effective after reception of the signed contract and the payment of the deposit. The balance of the rental, the "breakages and cleaning" deposit and the tourist tax must be paid on arrival. On your departure, according to the inventory of fixtures, the deposits will be returned to you.
