Etretat: our house is just a 1-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy the unique spectacle of the cliffs with their pierced arches and needle-shaped cliffs framing the seaside resort. As the starting point for numerous walks, nature lovers will be delighted. With the kids, take the train from Etretat to Les Loges, then take a bike-rail ride and pedal hard for a guaranteed good time between Les Loges and Etretat! On the heights of Etretat, you can visit the Ferme du Valaine with its goat's milk specialities. From our traditional house, 19 km away, head to Fécamp to visit the Palais Bénédictine, the only place where this liqueur made from 27 plants and spices is produced, and the fishing port (the future Musée des Pêcheries is due to open in 2017). Le Havre (45 minutes from our base). Stroll along the beach to Sainte-Adresse. After this breath of fresh sea air, admire the superb landscapes painted by Monet, Pissarro, Boudin, etc. at the MuMa before discovering the heart of the town rebuilt by Perret, the church of St Joseph, the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, the Perret show flat, etc.
