House "Le Sapin" like independent chalet near Plainfaing, in the peace and quiet, with a panoramic view on the valley and massif. Room to be lived with fully eqquiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, robot etc.) and space living of quality with fireplace, TV, DVD player. Direct access on the balcony and fitted out covered terrace. Near, two bedrooms with bed 55" and upstairs three others bedrooms of wich one with bed 55" and the two others with beds 35". In every floor, shower room at arrangement with shower. A big garage and a small garage with an access on the washing machine and tumble dryer. Internet access.
