Description

This old cottage (160m2) is located in a small town in the wonderful Côtes de Blaye wine area. Our neighbor will be happy to show you around his vineyard and even offer a private wine tasting at Château Roland La Garde. The gite has a large fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, microwave). The intimate living room opens to the dining area, and has a wonderful fireplace that is perfect for cold evenings (firewood supplied). You will also find a large TV, DVD player, and wifi internet connection. For those traveling with infants, we have a highchair and a folding bed. Climatisation in the house. The first floor bedroom has two single beds (90cm) with a bathroom and large shower. Everything on this floor is accessible for people of reduced mobility. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with large beds (140cm), a bathroom with a full bath. WC’s are present on each level. A barbecue, a ping pong table, a few bicycles are disposable in the garage, to enjoy the garden and the area. Provided : linen. (Animals are not allowed in the bedrooms)

Hello I'm not originally from this region, but I fell in love with this little hamlet and its inhabitants. We really enjoyed renovating an outbuilding to make this charming gite.
