The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Large guest room set up on the first floor of an old house, with own entrance and private parking. The room has two 90x200 cm beds (or a 180 cm double bed) and, on a small mezzanine, a convertible fireside chair. There is WiFi internet access if required.. The room has its own shower room and WC. There is also a patio and a garden. Though situated in the centre of the town close to the shops and places to eat, the room is quiet. You will be just 15 mins walk from the RER station for Evry and Paris and thee are a large number of options for walks and rambles.

Located about 40 km south of Paris! Ballancourt-sur-Essonne is an excellent base from which to explore the south of the Essonne and the French Gâtinais Regional Nature Park. Less than 10 km away Château du Saussay (Ballancourt-sur-Essonne) A magnificent château surrounded by moats and a romantic park. It notably served as the setting for the film *Dangerous Liaisons*. Ideal for a stroll when the estate is open to the public. Christian Imbert Park A large, wooded park in the heart of Ballancourt. Perfect for a family stroll or a picnic.
