The Rubis studio (50m²) is located in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, bordering the Loire. Access to the studio by a staircase. Pleasant living room, with fitted kitchen, living / dining room with sleeping area (140x190 bed and 140x190 sofa bed), Flat screen TV, Radio-CD, reversible air conditioning. Shower room with shower - separate WC. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue Possibilities to rent: - the week 280 € For 3/4 People - the week 252 € For 1/2 People - Night 75 € for 3/4 People, the price decreases from the 3rd night. - Night 40 € for 1/2 people, the price decreases from 4th Nights. Arriving from Feurs via the A72 motorway, or coming from St-Laurent-de-Chamousset or Les Halles and the route de Lyon D489 then D81: as you enter the village, leave the public school on your left and take the first right at the roundabout, heading for the cemetery. Turn left into chemin de la Charmatière, then right into chemin des Charmates. Drive down the road until you reach number 425, the private rental car park is 20m away. Arriving from the route de Lyon N89 or from Meys via the D71, as you enter the village, turn left passing the fire station, then take the first turning on the right (rue de rampot). Continue along this road and take the second turning on the left (Chemin de la Charmatière). Again, take the second left, Chemin des Charmates. Drive down the road until you reach number 425, the private rental car park is 20m away.
