Le Bacchus is an old house of 60m2 located in a courtyard, in the heart of the city centre, in a historical area of Auxerre where you can enjoy the calm and comfort. Auxerre is located at 1h30 from Paris, the French capital. A town of art and history since 1995, Auxerre has thirty-five listed or classified historical monuments, and three museums in France. The entrance to the flat is independent and leads to a living room with a lounge (television, children's books, games), dining room, equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). On the first floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed. You will have at your disposal a shower room and private toilets. Outside, the accommodation gives access to a beautifully flowered courtyard sheltered from the noise. We offer a gîte right in the centre of Auxerre, close to all the shops. Our gîte is shared with a house full of character, situated in a small, very quiet courtyard. It has one floor and a total surface area of 60 m2. On the ground floor, there is a separate entrance hall, living room, fitted kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the shower room, which includes a shower.
