Description
Enjoy your holiday in our charming 34m² flat on the 1st floor of the Villa Fleurie, with a sunny south-facing balcony. The rental includes a living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, fridge and crockery. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the bathroom has a toilet. Private parking is available, as well as a ski locker and a bicycle room. Our villa is located only 200 metres from the medieval town of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, where you will find all the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services you need. For the sportsmen, a sports ground, tennis courts and a green area are 20 metres from the flat, with free access. You can also enjoy beautiful walks and discover the Massif du Sancy, the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, as well as Lake Pavin at only 3km and the Super-Besse resort at 7km for cross-country skiing. There are many activities on offer, including GR and PR walks, swimming, fishing, art, gastronomy, skiing, snowshoeing, etc. You can also visit the Puy de Dôme site and Vulcania. We accept pets and holiday vouchers, and all charges are included, including water, gas, electricity and oil central heating in winter.
