South-facing apartment on 1st floor with lift in a residence 40m from the sea and 100m from the town centre. Terrace. Garage (small car). Entrance, WC. Equipped kitchen area, living room, sitting area. 1 bedroom 1 double bed, bathroom. 1 bedroom 2 single beds, shower room. Baby equipment available. Computer with internet available (except for downloads). Limited telephone service. Charges included. WE rental: 120€ in low season, 200€ in mid season (no WE rental in July-August or short stays during school holidays). Educated animals accepted: fixed price of €20 per stay. For online bookings, minimum ten days between booking and rental date. Obligation this year to subscribe to end-of-stay cleaning (60e) in order to disinfect the flat between each rental (Covid19).
