Umbrella bed and protective barrier available on request. Private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Stairs, accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Street parking. Mandatory tourist tax: €0.88 per person of legal age per night will be charged on arrival. Compulsory heating supplement (from 15/10 to 30/03): €7 per day.
